Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

International Orders: 7–21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can also track your order using the Shop App when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Riley Street Supply is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Riley Street Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
